    Found it and used it now working fine

    Managed to repair the downloaded files Part-12 was corrupt, extracted and installed OK but the keys given when you open Word, none of them work

    Downloads OK for me twelve parts but when you try the extract it comes up with Part-13 is missing so the whole thing will not unpack
