Thank you very much for the great help I have received here. Life is not always kind. When you get older you figure that out. And not to be the first to throw stones until you have walked in that mans shoes. (or heels). Not to wear my heart on my sleeve. I have had cancer multiple times and in the last few years had two major heart surgeries. Not things you plan on or can even prepare for. Nor is it something I talk a lot about. Maybe its the time of year. The kindness of strangers has been a huge blessing for me and a bigger lesson. I do not believe that people know how good we have it. If you only focus on what you do not have that is all you have. Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to CyberPhoenix for the hours of good reading and PC help they have given without a thought. this is a simple way to clear W7 cache. Temp and permanently. Also clear DNS cache. Stellar BitRaser is very easy to find. also named BitRaserforfile.exe clear cach.rtf

First let me apologize. I thought the program was free. I installed it, started it but did not use it. Usually if a program goes as far as loading without any reg #, crack etc... your OK. Not this time. My fault for not following thru. I am going to try and upload the word doc as a .docx ( Microsoft Word Open XML Format Document file) instead of a .rtf (rich txt format) I am not sure why it was deleted. A rule? I went and looked for the post later and could not find it and thought no one even read it. Maybe with the directions I made will make more sense when you see them. I was wondering just how safe using some of these OS's. Weather Windows or Linux.... To load a program on your PC is one thing, we all know that there is a certain amount of risk. But you can scan a APP etc... Or as I try to always do is only use APP's that I can D/L from the correct site then go from there. But a OS is the whole show. If someone has a trojan etc.. whatever in there how would you know? How sfae are they? Any feedback is appreciated
