Cyberwarez and I would like to start a request team, and we are calling on members that are interested in joining. There will be no test, or do some requests so I can see how you go, the only criteria atm is that you remain active and productive in helping members with their requests, and have a positive and always friendly outlook towards members is a must. Thats why if you have a look around at some of the other forums a lot of filehosts have been banned or disallowed for that reason Warez should be free to share and not to profit from.

When I use or as you say steal links to post elsewhere I always put at the top. Not My Upload - Credit to the original uploader - - - - CONTENT UNCHECKED. Saying thank you to a post like I said it would be nice but then we have in every post a button we can click a green one that says I like This.

So your saying piracy is not the same as stealing, which is what were all doing one way or another. You have to remember this is warez nothing is legal on warez, somone buys a CD and rips its it then uploads to a filehost then posts it on a warez forum thats piracy theft/stealing. Does it really matter if no one says thank you to a post, sure its nice to get them, but does it really matter? All forums have rules some I know are very draconian others like Cyberwarez tend to keep the rules to a limit so it does not impede upon our freedoms. If too many rules or regulations or have to do this type of things were to be put in place it would only serve to drive members, potential members and those that want to share what they have, away from such places.

Maybe its best to leave the colours as they are atm, when another time comes and we run out of colours to use, maybe then we can revisit the issue.

I post content from here there and everywhere, because I like to help people with their requests, and I dont class it as stealing but rather sharing, in reality though everything posted anywhere is stolen from somewhere. Clicking a thank you button or whatever will not make any difference to the eventual outcome, just like some places that have captcha's you will find people will persevere and do whats needed to be done. Leechers what forum does not have them, if we cant put up with them we may as well just close the door, besides I reckon at least 2 out of every 10 leeches become bonafide members and contribute something to the forum, not a great ratio but better than nothing. Whats the purpose of forums I think it is to share things with others whether anyone says thank you or not or even contribute themselves is immaterial, there will always be a steady flow of those that do.

Nice to have you on board mikellewen, I would have to agree with tech425 with that its uo to admin. But just to throw my 2 cents worth in Umm you could just go to youtube and listen to different types of music and or watch video's without the need for a special section here for them, and lastly please dont give up making suggestions it dont matter if none of them are implemented it does show us though that you are a thinking person and a good member of our community :cwrocks:

I,m starting this poll to find out how you...the staff and members feel about having extra forum sections, in particular I would like to have a DvDRip section as I am going to try and start up a request team with admin support ofc, that in it self is ok, however do you guys think there should be other sections as well like a section for TS only and another for cams. It all has some merit, although it would be good to remember about the extra load on the server it would have by creating too many extra sections. The other point I,d like to mention is Cams, DVDscr become obsolete once a DvDRip comes out, and not wanted anymore and so they should be removed. so is it really necessary to have a section for these that are only going to end up being trashed once they are obsolete there is no need to keep them instead of that members will ofc ask for more sections as time goes on Also keep in mind, on other forums I,ve heard them asking for a sub section for TV episodes only instead of posting them alongside full series the list could go on and on

Yes I have to agree, and as the colours are now everyone is used to them, but then why not decrease the amount of colours even more and have 1 for S/mods and 1 for all other mods

Nah you cant do that, you need to have a separate colour for the super mods. Need to have a distinct difference between the 2. Make the s/mods orange, the tech mods dark red and the d/load mods neon green.

Maybe super mods should have orange as its on the way towards being an admin All other mods maybe have dark green which would then free up some colours for other uses.
