well for starters chrome could be put on a manual startup, there is no need to have it as an automatic or even an automatic delay. Using only 1Gb of memory isn't that much really, when you think you're using chrome, AVG

I'll get the 4shared file for you, check it and see if its legit, if it is I'll upload it for you on a free user friendly link Right, its an exe file nothing came up on my malware or anti-virus. I can run it but I can't do anything with it because I don't have a canon printer to check to see if it works or not. So here's a sockshare link and I hope it works for you. Oh and btw....some of the drop down choices are in English but the yes or no/continue or cancel or whatever the hell the choices are, are in Japanese so its trial and error. lol http://www.sockshare.com/file/36DCC4C6F52F49AF

Also, forward the emails to the real companies and let them worry about how to sort them out. If you don't, then others will get these emails too. That way you'll be saving others -

Not wanting to state the obvious but.......................................I'm going to. When you or someone has an issue with something you need to post not just the OS but the info about the system and what you are having problems with and the error messages that occur/or not. Otherwise we end up going round in circles wasting time. Present the facts, the evidence and the problem. Don't waffle on about whatever
