Hey guys, I went ahead and moved this to the Programming forum since that's what it deals with. @ronnie105, daytrader and EFH are both right. you would be better off using php/MySQL. They are both designed to work with or as Website applications. Friend, you are going to have some object oriented programming to do, but if you already know C#, then you could use it, but you would be better of with php. Since you know C#, php wil be easy to learn. Remember, you dont have to learn it all, just what you need for the e-commerce app. We need some specific info on your project. Now, Im not asking you to give us a flowchart or anything, but knowing the intended end result is always 50% of the task! I agree with daytrader. Once you signup/register with iTunes (which is free) you can freely move music back and forth very easily. I use it for my iPod Nano with no problems. If you just don't like iTunes for some reason or another, you can use Realplayer to do the same thing. Search our forums for Realplayer Gold and get the share. Let us know if we can do anything else! yes, you can use a download manager like IDM(I think it has that function). There is a program that I use that is a free IDM called MiPony. It works very well, and has a file joiner included in its options. give it a try, you will like it!

first of all, I noticed a lot of problems happen with the new site when using IE (especially IE7). The AJAX apps don't seem to want to work right with this browser. If you're not already, try using Firefox...it works much better then IE. Also, some threads may not show up yet because of the migration to the new forum. If its something you can't find, give it a few hrs-to-days, and see if things change. If it still doesn't show up, contact a moderator or got to the shoutbox on the homepage and let someone know about the problem.

Thanks debu! I use this site (n2yo.com) quite often. I like to track the ISS and listen to ham radio Tx coming from it...I built a Yagi antenna and hooked it to an old 900Mhz Uniden Bearcat Handheld scanner. I can set it to frequencies 145.000 - 145.750, and hear the Tx for about 15 min. when it passes over. Any scanner that will pick up that frequency range will work, handheld or not. There was a great article in Make magazine about the antenna build. It is straight forward and very easy to do.
