First have you also tried just right clicking on the app or program and selecting run as an administrator? Are we sure he is not talking about user control asking him for admin privileges to run something? If so you can turn it off this way To turn UAC on or off 1. You should be able to start the install and select upgrade as an option. If it is grey out then you would need to do a full install. Also I am deleting the post with the keys in it. Please PM them in the future. Not the best thing to have posted.

I would pull all the cords. Other wise as EMS said you may get confused and install on the wrong one.

Are you sure they are not blocking your IP some how? I too had a problem with some blocking about a year ago. I changed my Cable modem which also changed my IP and have had no problems as of yet on blocking again.

I use Utorrent all the time for downloading torrents.

Also check the power supply to see if it is sending power to the unit. Do you have a different power supply to plug into it?

I was thinking it may be a video problem myself. is it any 3 pieces work? Have you ever logged into reg. mode or only safe mode? The fact you have loaded the whole system with the memory makes me think it may be something else.
