Help with dll script

Hi!!.. I was wondering if anybody can help me with my problem?.. I need a converter that will enable me to read some dll files.. I tried converting them to word text.. But it all looks like just a bunch of symbols.. Can anyone suggest a program that I can use?.. Am desperate!!

u can open it using any hex editor... but never set any prog to open it by default... if u do so u will ruin ur OS...
