ChasX 12 Report post Posted June 17, 2012 Is there a way to add a password to a winrar file after the rar file has been created? Normally I do this as part of the creation process but I was wondering if I could do this after the fact if I forget to do it from the start. Thanks!

iONik 11 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 Take the RAR file you created withou a pw and RAR it inside a new one with a pw. I'd suspect it wouldn't take as long as there will be little to no compression capability.
