Is there a iphone emulator or simulator in exsistance ?

there are plenty of android emulators out there that allow you to run android and apks on your PC but i have not seen any for iphone except the Ipadian with is utter garbage. you cannot even use downloaded iphone apps on it.

if anyone one knows of any please let me know.. after all sharing is caring
