How to get permission to make post in Movie and tv section

i just registered but i found that i don't have permission to make post in tv and movie section. how can i get permission to make topic in movie and tv section?

You have to make a certain number of posts elsewhere in the site to be able to create a new topic in those sections. They can be replies to other posts anywhere or you can create new topics in the community sections or apps sections. This has been explained already in a PM to you.
