Vignesh Nallamad 209 Report post Posted March 3, 2012 if u r the admin and still u get tht error mean tht a registry setting is compromised due to external download accelerator.... try system restore...
parker216 101 Report post Posted March 4, 2012 if you keep getting this error, you have a registry problem more than likely due to a browser extension that you've installed @suca41. you can try to eliminate this by stopping each extension one by one until you find the problem. if that doesn't work, perform a disk cleanup. click on more options and go to Windows Components. Uninstall the FTP Indexing Service, then reboot and restart the Indexing Service. Now, this is not always a sure fire fix, but I have repaired several client's ftp problems with this trick. But, like I said, it is not always sure fire. Let us know what happens so we can continue to get rid of this problem. Good Luck!!! Parker216 _
