Uninstall it.

If you insist on using this paticular program then look to see if someone else has this to download.

Make sure to look at the uploaders comments if any.

Anytime you use a cracked security suite you run the risk of it not doing the job it is supposed to do.

 

I suggest that you use all three of the following:

Microsoft Security Essentials

Malwarebytes

All three are free and do a really good job.

All use very little resources.

I Have you copied the files in the download to the program's directory...than after restarting pc in normal mode quick heal didnt open,and wen i opened it from programs it gave me that error...plez help me as soon as possible as my av is nt working after d crack

As far as Ur problem specifically it cant find CtrlLib.dll. So CtrlLib.dll is not where it should b, or the crack broke the code & is junk. Sorry no 2 ways about it.

That lifetime crack seemz 2 b lifetime crap. So I would see if I could find a "Removal Tool" 4 it. Search Google 4 "Quick Heal Removal Tool". This wont undo whatever this crack did. Thats a whole nother ball of wax.

Then if U insist on using this brand & cant afford it & want 2 test I would shop in this isle 4 my warez. :::| CyberWarez Uploads |:::

There are good free Av warez. Avast is good I use AVG & Malwarebytes among otherz, because though U dont want many Avs running concurrently U do want layered protection. I dont recommend using cracked Av, but thats up to U.
