After half an hour or so, the woman went out to visit her neighbours and came back 5 minutes later. An hour passed and she went out again for 5 minutes. After several more times, the husband asked why she kept going to their neighbours? I'm using their toilet to save us money on our water bill she replied. The husband said, but isn't that going to cost the neighbours more?
