How about everyone take a second to see if they can find it?
Then, how about people actually using it when a post they are looking at is breaking the rules? What about not even breaking the rules, just that the links are dead? Maybe it's in the wrong section?
I know, some folks figure, "eh, the next person will do it" - well, what if everyone thinks that way?
It's a forum, it's a community, it's people coming together; the best way you can help to make it a better place is to start considering how your INACTION will impact others.
