    Why do you want top 5 defrags? something like top ten movies :D... anyways i would rank top 5 defrags as follows (this is taken from an external source which i trust a lot)

     

    1. Defraggler

    Defraggler is a wonderful freeware defragmentation software made by Piriform company. Using this tool, you may defragment specified files or folders or the entire drive. It is as safe as using windows and uses the same technique for reading and writing that windows use. It supports NTFS and FAT32 file systems.

    hmmm this is my try... its just a try if there are mistakes or any changes pls make it.... also i havnt tried it so dont kno wil it work

    im really sry as i didnt notice it properly mate... if you are using tht software and still its not finding ur fan then it means tht fan is just connected at random to some point in smps and not at the control hub because of which its speed cannot vary as per the requirement of the CPU... u just have to call a technician and ask him to connect it to the fan control cable or hub present in the CPU(if yours is a intel motherboard thn port number is 98001) ... also if ur CPU is placed at a congested place try to keep it in an open space...
