As promised I have found the battery capacity goes down fairly rapidly when I'm playing with my phone but I have taken out all the background apps which you can now do with the muti task feature. This has improved things quite a bit. My ipad doesn't seem to have any real noticeable difference so far. More reports as I get used to the system and usage goes back to normal.

Just upgraded both my iphone 5 and ipad 2 to IOS7 so will let you know any differences. (usually any differences in in battery useage is down to people playing with the new system instead of using the item as they would normally)

When are Microsoft going to learn that a tablet doesn't need the start button/menus but laptops and PCs do so they need the option.

Win 8.1 is a preview OS and to be honest I've just dumped 8 and gone back to 7. Win 8.1 was not a lot different to 8 or at least not different enough. My serial I got from MS themselves because it was a preview and it was only valid for the preview.

We've had something similar about 6 months ago on TS and the final solution after lots of suggestions was to dump the drive. It had got totally corrupted internally so was then useless. Unfortunately this things don't last for ever. I've had a couple I've thrown away because they stopped working

Is it new or old? Have you ever managed to use it before?

Is it a new one or one that you've had for a while and used before? Have you tried formatting the drive? If new it's possibly a scam one. If old it has got scrambled. Probably beyond help unless anyone else has any ideas

I have a GMX account and sometimes it gets classed as a spam address. Several times now an email I've sent has been sent to the trash or junk box of the one I sent it to. Just a warning about what may happen. I still use it for various things though

At the rate Google are going with the disrespect for it's users it could need a all to boycott them until they sort themselves out. Emails are meant to be private and MUST stay that way.

Can we have the country/ISP as well as the filehost please. one without the other is not very useful to this survey

We are aware that certain filehosts are banned from some countries and by some ISPs in other countries but we need to know which ones and where. This will make it easier for us to specify which filehosts should not be used on this forum so that everyone can have access to all posts. For instance Rapidgator was banned in Italy at least for a while. We need to know if the different hosts can be seen and also if they can be downloaded from so we need everyone's help. The staff will obviously be doing their bit but we need this information without the use of a VPN or anything else. If you have to use a VPN or some other way to access a filehost please post a reply stating which host and from what country. Your help will be much appreciated and will ultimately make for a better place to come for all.
