I need a little advice from someone who is in the know. I am not much of a graphics wiz, I do My graphics editing with Paint.Net but there seems to be an issue with it atm and I keep getting this error when trying to use it or reinstall it: I have been to their forum and they are aware of the problem and from the 'Author and Editor' came: In the meantime, can someone advise Me on a similar graphics editor, not too advanced but with basically the same features, My biggest need is utilizing layers and I don't think M$ Paint is gonna cut it... This year, though, it might just be worth an evening of over-the-top European pop rubbish just for one band from Finland. Pertti Kurikan Nimipaivat (PKN) are a four-piece punk band whose members all have Down Syndrome and some are autistic. They've been playing together for six years and were formed out of a charity workshop for adults with intellectual disabilities. Having starred in a documentary from 2009 called "The Punk Syndrome", PKN now want to raise awareness about Down Syndrome by smashing the Eurovision Song Contest in Austria this spring. There have been plenty of gimmick acts at Eurovision in recent years including satanist rockers Lordi who dressed up as monsters, the UK's Scooch who dressed as flight attendants and sang 'Flying the Flag' and Russia with their violinist on skates - it is all a bit cheesy. However, PKN seem like the real deal. With any luck PKN will be a welcome break from the norm with a message well worthy of winning the Eurovision - the only thing that could happen at the competition that will resonate globally. They plan on submitting "Aina Mun Pitaa" which translates as "I Always Have To" which you can listen to below. Unfortunately, their place at Eurovision is not guaranteed as they have to beat 17 other Finnish bands to be able to represent their country. With any luck, any publicity in the build up will raise the awareness about Down Syndrome they want and the people of Finland will choose them to represent their nation at the song contest this year.

Hey guys, I have some sort of virus or malware which is preventing Me from accessing the net. It started yesterday loading ie with no gui playimg commercials and this morning I woke to a screen stating my internet was blocked by the federal police for sharing kiddie porn, showing My ip, with My webcam on and location, which was wrong saying I was in japan, and My isp, which was also wrong because was in foriegn characters, it also stated I had to pay a $100 fine using ukash which made Me laugh. Not the easiest infection I‘ve had to deal with and only seems to activate when I connect to the net but I‘m hoping I can deal with it so should be back to normal soon. I don‘t plan on formatting as tbis lappy has My studies on but We‘ll see...

A video is much harder to skim and the comments section offersvery poor feedback. Avoid slideshows too. Local Motors 3D prints Strati electric car on the floor of the Detroit motor show.We first saw concepts of the Strati electric car back in June, when the design was finalised by a contest run by Local Motors. Now the specialist fabricator has taken the idea to the next step, by demonstrating the 3D-printing process used to manufacture the car on the show floor of this week's Detroit motor show. Local Motors say the 3D-printed car is a world first, with the chassis, body panels and some cabin trim printed using a mix of carbon fibre and plastic. The Strati's 3D-printing process takes approximately 44 hours The drivetrain, suspension and wiring are taken from the Renault Twizy electric city car. The Twizy components produce 3.7-12.7kW and 57Nm from a 6.1kw/h battery with a range of approximately 100km. Local Motors claim a recharge time of less than four hours. The Strati's 3D-printing process takes approximately 44 hours to create the 212 layers needed to build the body structure. It is then machined before a protective coating of vinyl or paint is applied. The conventionally manufactured drivetrain components are then installed, as are the wheels, resulting in a showroom-ready car. Aside from the construction materials, Local Motors has also introduced a innovative process for assembling their cars. Instead of large-scale central manufacturing plants which produce high volumes of cars, Local Motors instead plan to roll-out a number of 'micro-factories', which they say "employ an economy of scope by taking advantage of low cost tooling and co-creation, resulting in the ability to get products to market faster and in less time while using less capital". The idea of the micro-factories is to have them located nearby population centres, reducing the cost of transporting vehicles from the factory to the customer as well as creating jobs locally. Three of these micro-factories are already in operation - located in Phoenix, Las Vegas and at the University of Tennessee - where Local Motor's $US100,000 Rally Fighter off-road sports car is built. There are plans to build two new micro-factories in Knoxville, Tennesee and National Harbour, near Washington DC in 2015.
