22 year old Omar ate mostly junk food and did no exercise, which left him overweight and out of shape. He switched to a diet of healthy foods and started exercising and in only 12 weeks lost an impressive 28.6 lbs (13 kg) and changed his body fat percentage from 24.5 % to 12.5 %.

How to create GIFs with sound using Lala Gif
I came across this today and of course I just had to share it. Web based no software to install. You will find my gif link at the bottom so do enjoy.
How to create GIFs with sound using Lala Gif
Creating funny GIFs is quite common among Internet users but how about GIFs with sound? Is it possible for one to create an animated image with embedded audio? Well, with Lala Gif, it’s something that you can easily achieve in just a few clicks or so. So let’s find out how this web app works.
WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DOES IT DO
Main Functionality
Lala Gif is a simple web application that you can use for free. Unlike other free GIF tools that you can find online, this web app does not directly generate a GIF. Instead, it allows you to create cool and funny GIFs with sound. Furthermore, the sound that you can attach to your animated image can be taken from YouTube so you don’t need to upload any audio or MP3 file. Just place the link to your GIF as well as the link to your YouTube video and that’s it. In just a few minutes, it will give you a direct link to your animated image with embedded audio.
Pros
Easy to use.
No software or app download required.
Fast – can easily generate a GIF with audio in just a matter of seconds.
You can share the direct link to your GIF with audio via email or social media (ex. Reddit).
Great for creating funny GIFs
Cons
The GIF with audio that you can create from Lala Gif can only be shared through link, you cannot embed the image or share its image URL independently – if you do this, only the animated GIF will be loaded on the page and not the sound.
The app’s advanced settings for video start/end doesn’t work properly.
Needs to offer more advanced options
Discussion
Lala Gif is a pretty simple and straightforward online tool that you can use to create GIFs (animated images) with sound. So if you want to create a GIF with audio, just go to the homepage of this web app and there, you’ll see a form where you’re supposed to place the link or URL to your GIF image as well as the link to the YouTube video that you want to use as GIF sound.
With Lala Gif, you can’t upload the GIF directly from your computer so you’ll need to host it first on other image hosting sites like Photobucket or Imageshack. After which, you can also opt to use the tool’s advanced options so you can specify the video start and end time. You can also customize the color of your GIF’s background.
Once everything is all set, just click the big green button with check mark. This will prompt the online tool to generate your GIF with sound. The processing time won’t take too long. You just need to wait for a few seconds and after that, you will be redirected to your GIF with audio page. Just click the play button and that’s it, you’re done. If you want to share your GIF with sound, just copy the link on your address bar and share it via email or social media.
All in all, I can say that Lala Gif works quite okay but it’s not really that impressive. It’s good for sharing GIFs on sites such as Reddit or Facebook but you can’t really maximize its use since it won’t allow you to embed or share the image directly to your blog or site. If you do this, only the GIF will be retained and not the embedded audio. This is quite a bummer especially if you want to share the image directly on sites like Tumblr.
Apart from this, I also noticed that the web tool’s advanced options do not work properly as it fails to recognize the values that I’ve entered for video start and end time. It could’ve been much better if this online tool could take some to polish or improve its features and options.
CONCLUSION AND DOWNLOAD LINK
If you’re simply looking for a tool that you can use to generate funny and cool GIFs with embedded audio, you can try using Lala Gif. However, it is not something that you can truly rely with especially if you want to create high-quality GIFs with embedded audio. It’s mostly just for fun. Anyways,
here’s a good example

A single mom and her family on benefits learned they were getting a new council house so they threw a giant party, which left the house in a complete state. The 69 year old landlord, Sean Feeney, spent $8500 fixing the house before the family moved in and now faces having to spend another $3400 to fix it up after the state it was left in.

Damian Mander has taken a stand against Rhino poachers in Zimbabwe. See how he is making a difference.

Damien Mander - Anti-poaching crusader
Met Damien in Colombia while backpacking South America. Shortly after we met he went to Africa and was saddened by the poaching situation. He then returned to Australia sold his house and used his life savings to use his special ops and military experience to train an army to fight poachers in Zimbabwe.
Fighting poaching with military tactics
Mander advocates for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), also called drones, to protect endangered wildlife. Their drones feature thermal and night-vision technology for use in military-style anti-poaching operations to prevent poachers from killing animals.

Donating equipment and training to a foundation in one of the highest poaching areas
Rhinos in the wild
Using camouflage to catch poachers in the act
Across much of Africa anti-poaching tactics have remained largely unchanged for decades. Small groups of undertrained and poorly equipped rangers are sent out for days on end to conduct patrols in remote and dangerous locations. Modern-day poachers have evolved and routinely utilise military tactics and equipment to kill high-target species, such as elephants, rhinos and gorillas. In the cross-fire, rangers are also killed. Seeing this shortfall, the IAPF set out in 2009 to fill the gap.
At one of the International Anti-Poaching Foundation’s operations in Zimbabwe, not one rhino has been poached since we started managing security operations here in 2010. The nearest rhino population, 100kms to the east, has been decimated, from 76 black rhino down to only a remaining few in recent years.
Our rangers track the critically endangered black rhino for up to 20kms a day. Substitute feeding is put into some locations in order to attract and account for those that have not been followed the entire time.

When this woman bought a dozen quail eggs at the supermarket, she decided to take the 4 left over eggs and incubate them to see what would happen.
And THIS is what happened. One of them hatched.
She named the adorable little girl Rose after the store where she bought the eggs.
I don’t even know how this is possible, but hey.. cute quail.
Mandy bought 4 more quails to give this one company. She also has 9 chickens.
“We’ve got a tiny little flock of them now, which is great. It just goes to show how fresh the eggs were, really,” she added.

VIDEO-Apple's iWatch set for October Launch
It's About Time! Apple's iWatch set for October Launch- Special event expected in October to announce watch
- Rumours state the watch will have a round face and come in two versions
- Set to include health sensors
Apple's much rumoured iWatch will be revealed in October, two separate reports have claimed.
The watch, which is expected to be round and come in both mens and womens sizes, will help track user's health.
It is claimed Apple will produce upto 5 million of the gadgets per month.
Scroll down for videos
According top Nikkei, the watch will run a version of Apple's iOS software currently found on the iPad and iPhone,
and will be revealed in October.Quote:
IWATCH HISTORY
Speculation around Apple's iWatch began at the end of 2012 and a rumoured release date was initially set for the fourth quarter of 2013.
Chinese websites reported in December 2012 that the computer giant was working with chip-maker Intel on a wrist-worn gadget.
It was said to have a 1.5inch screen and use Bluetooth to communicate with other devices, including an iPhone.
Other rumours suggest the iWatch will feature Siri voice controls that let users dictate messages, rather than use the tiny screen.
The watch could also be used as a remote control to change music tracks or pause video, on the phone or tablet.
In July last year, reports in the Financial Times said Apple was hiring outside help to tackle design problems with its iWatch.
'People familiar with Apple’s plans tell Code/red the company hopes to schedule a special event that month to show off the device, which is designed to make good use of the HealthKit health and fitness information-gathering app it recently showed off at WWDC.'
Nikkei claims the same date, and its sources say that Apple is so confident in the gadget that it’s looking to produce three million to five million units per month.
Apple VP Eddy Cue’s recently hinted at the launch, saying: 'Later this year, we’ve got the best product pipeline that I’ve seen in my 25 years at Apple.'
According top Nikkei, the watch will run a version of Apple's iOS software currently found on the iPad and iPhone.
'The new watch-like wearable gear will run on this OS, which will be equipped with a centralized function to manage users' biometric information via smartphones,' it said.
During a trip to Taiwan, a New York tech analyst recently said an Apple supplier revealed a number of features of the much-rumoured device, including a rounded face and slim design.
This would resemble how the Moto 360 looks - and contradicts previous reports the watch would have a curved, or square screen.
New York analyst Brian Blair claims an Apple supplier has revealed the iWatch will have a rounded face, similar to the Moto 360, pictured, come in male and female versions, and will go into production in July. Previous reports suggested it would have a curved,
or square screen like the G Watch and Samsung's Gear range
The reports were made by Brian Blair from Rosenblatt Securities.
According to his supply chain sources, the iWatch will be designed to look like a traditional watch, and move away from the chunky, square look of the G Watch and Samsung’s Gear range.
Motorola announced its own plans for a round, Android-powered smartwatch earlier this year and Blair's sources claim Apple’s version will be almost identical, if not a little thinner.
Apple’s icons have rounded edges and this would suit a circular face.
Blair’s source also confirmed previous rumours that the iWatch would be available in ‘his’ and ‘hers’ models, and will go into production from July.
The design is similar to concepts created by;
Mark Bell from Belmdesigns.
Mark Bell's iWatch concept complete with round face design:
Bell’s concept incorporates the rumoured Healthbook fitness features that leaked in March, but experts
believe Apple could additionally be working on a separate wristband specifically designed to track health.
By comparison, the LG G Watch, pictured, has a square, 2-inch display and runs Android Wear- a streamlined version of Google's current operating system seen on phones and tablet. The Samsung range of Gear devices similarly chose a square, rather than rounded design
The Moto 360, pictured, is expected to launch at Google's I/O in June, followed by the iWatch in September
Earlier this week, during the unveiling of its latest G3 handset, LG gave a sneak peek of its square Android-powered G Watch.
All three - the Moto 360, the G Watch and the iWatch - are expected to launch later this year.
It’s likely the Moto 360 will be announced at Google’s I/O in June, and go on sale for £180 in July, followed by the iWatch during Apple’s annual September event.
Price-wise, an Apple iWatch may follow the same pattern as Apple’s handsets and sit at the top end of the market.
Reports last month even stated it could cost ‘thousands’ of dollars.
Although the smartwatches of Samsung and Sony haven’t been as popular as analysts predicted, Blair said orders for the iWatch are surpassing expectation and he forecasts 18 to 21 million iWatches will be sold before Christmas.
Last night, Samsung revealed a new smart wristband and announced plans to let manufacturers use the same core components - much like the mobile phone market.
It also revealed an online service to track the data - just days before Apple is expected to reveal its 'Healthbook' app for the iPhone.
Samsung presented its vision for wearable devices at a San Francisco event ahead of next week's developers conference by rival Apple.
The new claims about a rounded design contradict previous reports the iWatch
would have a curved screen, as seen in this concept by Todd Hamilton
Bell's concept, pictured, incorporates the rumoured Healthbook fitness features that leaked in March,
but experts claim Apple could additionally be working on a separate wristband specifically designed to track health
There is widespread speculation Apple has been working on wearable devices, and its products tend to use proprietary technologies. However, an open system would be a departure for Samsung as well.
Its Gear wristwatches and fitness devices currently work only with Samsung phones.
Smartwatches from Sony and other manufacturers tend to work with a wider range of Android phones.
A few days ago, Samsung revealed a new smart wristband and announced plans to let manufacturers use the same core components- much like the mobile phone market. Ram Fish, Vice President of Digital Health for Samsung is pictured displaying the Simband

The Incredible Wonder of Planet Earth
Because this is what a brewing storm looks like:
…this is what a sand storm looks like…
…and there are actual wind clouds that we call tornados that just spin and look like this.
Because electricity just makes light in the sky…
…and it’s as if that electricity is following a pre-made path all the way down to earth.
Because the starry sky disappears every morning when the sun rises.
Because hot orange goo just oozes from the ground:
And water just falls from one place to the other.
Because sometimes there’s an edge, and it’s never ending.
Because somewhere in the ocean there’s a little thing doing this.
And mushrooms are somewhere else blooming their little hearts out.
And these are a caterpillars feet.
Because sometimes the water on our planet just boils.
And other times it does this crazy thing where it just defies gravity and makes giant curls with itself.
Because there are natural lights that make colors like this.
And this.
And a night sky can look like this.
Sometimes with a little special something in it.
Because the planet is steamy.
And dusty.
And colorful.
And because our earth has a hearbeat just like us.- 3
