  3. I have had a few Lenovos. I think Thinkpads are more for business/commercial use and they seem to be built to last a long time. The Ideapads are more a consumer level laptop. I have had one of those as well.

    I'm currently using an HP envy 13 that's been running almost nonstop for over 4 years - except for rebooting of course. It does have a problem with the down button on the keyboard. It doesn't work but I think there is software that I can remap a different key to perform that function.

     I have not downloaded anything from them for many days now and it still has that message. If someone could direct me to where else I can download those two files, or if someone can upload them elsewhere, it certainly would be appreciated.
