GemMan 96 Report post Posted July 18, 2013 Most-wanted fugitive caught in South Texas Tuesday, July 16, 2013 EL PASO, TX -- State authorities say a man who was among the 10 most-wanted criminals in Texas has been captured in South Texas. The Texas Department of Public Safety announced Monday that 54-year-old Robert Allen Kotlar was arrested at a home in El Campo, about 70 miles southwest of Houston. He was added to the most-wanted list on Thursday and captured the next day. Kotlar was wanted on an array of charges that include assault, burglary, vehicle theft, forgery and resisting an officer. He most recently was sought for a parole violation. His arrest was the result of a tip and authorities say a $7,500 reward will be paid.
