freak 1,032 Report post Posted September 1, 2013 Man, fleeing from security, jumps off Penn Square Mall parking garage Posted on: 9:40 pm, August 30, 2013, by Ted Malave OKLAHOMA CITY — A man, who was shoplifting suspect, was being pursued by security at Penn Square mall. He ran out the upstairs door of J.C. Penney, ran to the side of the parking garage and jumped over the side. He landed on the ground below possibly breaking his leg.
