This includes all of the service’s online tools, including Buzzword, Presentations, and Tables. Here are some important dates to keep in mind: •Spring 2014: Since your files will no longer be available on Workspaces after January 6, 2015, Adobe will provide a tool that allows you to download all of your files in one simple step. Of course, you can log in to your Workspaces account and download individual files at any time. •Fall 2014: Workspaces will become "read-only." That is, you will still be able to download files, but you will no longer be able to create, modify, delete, or upload any new Workspaces or documents. •January 6, 2015: You will no longer have access to Workspaces and related tools, including Buzzword, Presentations, and Tables. As of this date, all your files stored in Workspaces will be deleted and will no longer be accessible. Soon, we will send instructions about how to download your files stored in Workspaces in one simple step. We recommend that you delete any unnecessary files you don't want included in the bulk download. We will post information — including FAQs and How To guides — on the Acrobat.com community forum.
