nice tut jack...myself I use use a Nikon SLR, with AR lens, on both my 35 mm and 300 zoom lens.
The AR lens helps reduce vibration, but still, I carry a tripod and even have one of those gorilla type pods things that you can wrap around most anything, when the tripod does not work..

get a tripod or pole to hold the camera
Most new cameras should be fast enough, shutter speed wise to get rid of blur...but you need to practice this...since its digital its will be free to test

12 Italian Priests
Twelve Italian priests were about to be ordained.
The final test was for them to line
up in a straight row, totally nude,
in a garden while a sexy, beautiful,
big breasted, nude model danced
before them.
Each priest had a small bell attached
to his weenie, and they were told
that anyone whose bell rang when
she danced in front of them would
not be ordained because he had not
reached a state of spiritual purity.
The beautiful model danced before
the first candidate with no reaction.
She proceeded down the line with
the same response from all the
priests until she got to the final
priest, Carlos.
Poor Carlos. As she danced, his
bell began to ring so loudly that it
flew off, clattering across the
ground and laid to rest in
nearby foliage.
Embarrassed, Carlos quickly
scrambled to where the bell came
to rest. He bent over to pick it up...
and all the other bells started to ring

Hey man, many apps can do this. Just select one a read about how its done... I use 2 or 3 different ones, from each type of source file...the only tut you need is from the app itself..

easy... 2 things to try.
1.. reboot your PC...could be a registry file messed someplace.
2.. most likely it's your keyboard. turn it upside down shake / clean it, etc....one of the keys pads is stuck and causing it to act erratically....do not drink and use your PC at the same time, is your first clue...but really just a key, like shift is stuck in the down click position.
Remember all keys have two functions, a down stroke, and up stroke which will cause your PC to react to some action.. well from a programming point of view anyway, but perhaps to deep here...but check the keyboard first.
Let us know..

Not sure of the size of win 7 but if it's greater than 700-800 MB then it has to go on dvd which has a greater file size
