u mean program encryption by API? its a very complicated process dude... i can code it but it would take atleast 2 years to complete it... its a very very tedious process so im sry...

may be its due to failure of a component to start (it may be even because of accumulation of dust)... but it will be a very minor problem and it can be fixed easily by a professional... (as we cannot see it personally we cannot suggest anything)...

u can open it using any hex editor... but never set any prog to open it by default... if u do so u will ruin ur OS...

i think u hav deleted the os in one drive and reinstalled a new os in other drive... but im not able to get you point bro...

it is a clearly a problem with the driver... u get this error when the connected device fails to send an interrupt to the processor when you access it... try to update the driver... if u hav plugged in any new device then try to remove it then install its driver and then connect it... if u hav not connected it thn check if u hav updated system recently...

i havent used avg so i wont talk about it... u can decide seeing performance of both...

@rscorpio dude webroot is not a complete antivirus its just a anti rootkit...

if u use both of them, it consumes a hell lot of memory... But both of them are equally powerful when it comes to doing its job... I would suggest mse over kis because its free, uses relatively less memory and u get constant updates... So go for mse...

u can restart ur modem and u wil get a new ip if ur service provider is using dynamic ip... also using dos prompt u can set ur ip and u must use the following command SET IP=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SET GATEWAY=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SET SUBNETMASK=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SET DNS=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but this may sometimes disconnect u from network...
