Company admin privileges are set because they don't want anyone installing other software onto their system. There are no go arounds for this and most companies would instantly dismiss staff for using them if their were. There is always the possibility of asking the IT admin if they can install something for you but that depends on what that software is and why you should want it. I know most companies will not do this as they will only allow the software they have tested for their security and compatibility purposes.

Most video converters will do this but I would have thought that the TV would play MKV files. What you may need to do is to convert the flash drive to FAT32 before you add the files as that is what most non PC appliances will recognise. You then have to bear in mind that FAT32 will only support up to 4Gb files. All of my TVs and DVD players will accept MKV files but will not recognise anything but FAT32. If you search for video converters on this site you will find plenty that will work and should be able to reduce the size of the file. I have also moved this to the correct section as you should have made ordinary posts before being able to start a request.

Two prawns were swimming in the sea one called Craig & the other Christian. They were constantly being threatened by sharks until one day Craig said 'I'm fed up with being a prawn; I wish I was a shark & then I wouldn't have any worries about being eaten.' Just then a large Cod appeared & said, 'Your wish is granted' Lo & behold, Craig turned into a shark. Horrified Christian swam away afraid of being eaten by his old mate. Time passed & Craig found life as a shark lonely, all his mates swam away whenever he went close to them. While swimming one day he saw the mysterious Cod again & he approached the Cod & begged him to change him back & lo & behold, He was turned back into a prawn. With tears of joy Craig swam to his friends, but looking around he realized he couldn't see his old pal. 'Where's Christian?' he asked. 'He's at home, still upset that his best friend changed into a shark'. Eager to put things right he set off to see Christian. He banged on the door & shouted, 'It's me Craig your old friend, come out & see me again.' Christian replied, 'No way man, you'll eat me You're a shark.' Craig cried back 'No, I'm not. That was the old me, 'I've changed - I've found Cod & now I'm a prawn again Christian'
