    I try to test stuff that I post...not always easy when I've got other things going on though....my other pc looks like the who's who of dvd software/recoding software and other stuff...this one is more like the who's who of games/films/tv series although I've got quite a bit of software on here too...Just try to keep it to one or two similar progs

    I guess what you need to consider is what games you're going to play and the how much load is going to be put on the GPU. I'm a nvidia bloke...and I'm currently using a GT630 which had dealt with everything thrown at it...it also helps when this has 4Gb onboard memory...however, I'm going to be upgrading my GPU soon, the GT630 will go in one of my other pcs, replacing the 1 I currently have in there which is a 9800...

     

    My advice...don't buy second hand....

    video screen capture software will do the trick :) If ever I need something that my other stuff can't stream to download....then I use Mirilis Action...

    Remember though, whatever the quality of the vid, will be the quality that the capture software will get...

    I won't touch HC subs...it messes up the films...so I avoid them at all costs. If they're not HC subs...just turn the subs off with whatever media player you are using. Quite simple really, there are however, lots of alternatives if you wanted to get rid of the subs, if you load the film up into just about any converter they should show up, just untick the box next to them and do your conversion...subs are gone.

    I wouldn't back it up to a cloud service either...acronis or paragon...you could if you wanted use the windows backup program. Whichever of the better ones you decide upon will give you the choice of what you want to back up..without all the software if that is what you want.
