Hello CyberPhoenix folks
Thank for allowing me to join!! I had to go and purchase a new (Laptop) after my All-In-One desktop PC bit the dust
I found your site thanks to Crank It Up. @ things I am in need of for my computer, and main reason I came joined looking for help.
1. I am in need of a good PDF reader (free) of course
2. I kept my hard drive from my previous computer (2 things fried on old pc - motherboard was one, forget other), what do I need to get (and best place/price) to be able to hook that up to present laptop to gain access to important files on there. I plan to use it as a backup HD - want to transfer important stuff from here to it as well.
Slowly replacing some stuff I had on old PC that i need on here. such a pain to have to use my daughters laptop to do my resume, Excel, etc on, gotta wait for her to get home to bring to me as I am on crutches from a major foot surgery a week ago. So on couch duty ...
By means am I no computer genius, but know enough to keep me out of trouble... finally found Winrar yesterday!!
