    Combining .ISO file

Your best bet would be to burn 9 CD's or download the DVD version so that there is a single .ISO file to burn a DVD with.

how do i use a Host file ?

What exists in the host file as default are usually examples that are commented out from beeing executed such as the following: # The following example illustrates all of these extensions: # # 102.54.94.97 rhino #PRE #DOM:networking #net group's DC # 102.54.94.102 "appname \0x14" #special app server # 102.54.94.123 popular #PRE #source server # 102.54.94.117 localsrv #PRE #needed for the include The "#" in front of eash entry tells windows to ignore the line altogether. Entering a line manually is fine but nust exclude the #.

    website

So essentially, what you are asking for is a free private tutor? I suggest you browse the vbulletin website and forum for help. There might even be some tutorials on this site if you search for vbulletin.

    Problem in deleting.

No, defrag should not have done a thing to a newly installed OS that was formatted. The computer is usually at it's most efficient at this point. The file you could not delete prior to formatting would be gone after formatting and thus would not be the cause of your slowdown troubles...........unless there was a virus or malware on a thumb drive or other partition of the same drive or another hard drive altogether. What might cause a slowdown issue after a format and reinstall would be that the OS is not up-to-date (needs updates for windows and hardware drivers.

    FIX For Win7 Reboot Loop

By far, safe mode is the most effective place to do any malware or virus repairs. With CCleaner, Malwarebytes - Antimalware, SuperAntiSpyware, and an Antivirus program all up-to-date, should give you a fighting chance. malware likes to hang out in the Doccuments and Settings/User folders, Temporary Internet Files folder, and the Windows System folder. With Windows in "Normal Mode" the malware detects all kinds of removal software and becomes stealth. You may see it and even be able to delete it from the Task Manager, it it has not been deactivated, but it will restart itself. If your Windows file search is still working, you can search all you want and not find the file. For the most part, while in safe mode, malware is visible and inactive, and a search will find the nasty files. Your anti-malware software will then see it and get rid of it. SuperAntiSpyware always has an up-to-date portable version for free download that can be placed on a USB device. Good luck with your next crash!

Are SSD worth buying for boot?

The cost difference between 50GB SSD and a 250GB SSD must be huge! I'd be inclined to keep the OS on the SSD. If all you want is faster boot, you could load the majority of your programs and change the My Documents location to the HDD.
