The 26-year-old Jeremy Rene Mouton was charged with disturbing the peace and second-degree battery, among other charges, according to The Advocate. Mouton allegedly was very drunk when he left Cowboy’s Saloon, went to his trailer and decided to ride his horse, according to the Daily Caller. “He proceeded to ride the horse into the bar causing a major disturbance,” said Scott Police Chief Chad Leger in a statement. “He exited the bar and rode within the 200 block of North Ambassador Caffery Parkway before returning to enter the bar once more.” After dragging a 47-year-old man he lassoed through a lot outside the saloon, Mouton returned the horse to his parents' nearby home and walked back to the bar. Mouton threatened police after they located him. His court date is planned for Friday morning.
