    I don't think u can play unless u have them installed in the pc .. the reason why im saying that is i used to play CS in a pub and the main server has the installed files and all the other systems had it installed it in themselves only we couldnt delete them or install them ( since its not our pub) but the reason its installed like that is for lan servers to work ..... what i mean to say according to my knowledge is ... no u cannot play unless u have it in your pc the server can only help u in terms of lan play and easier installation

     

    PS : correct me if im wrong this is just my view

    trans.gifTo fix this, do the following:

    • Sign out and close Yahoo Messenger
    • Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > under Select a Zone to view or change security settings click on the Internet icon (blue globe) and in Security Level for this Zone click Custom Level
    • In Settings window scroll down the page to Scripting and enable: Scripting of Java applets andActive scripting, (for Internet Explorer 6 - Allow paste operations via script), (for Internet Explorer 7 and 8 – Allow Programmatic clipboard access)
    • Click OK
    • Launch Yahoo! Messenger and sign in again.

    That’s all, everything should be back to normal with your Yahoo Messenger. If the above does not work, try uninstalling completely and then re-installing Yahoo Messenger.

     

    Try that and let me know how it goes .. i searched online and it was basically a script error or bug with IE

    If threads containing old versions of a program still has active links then they can always be archived as long as the links are active. A simple search should reveal their existance in the archives.

     

    If the upload links are dead then there are three options open once the post has been reported.

     

    1. Mods can pm thread poster asking for new links.

    2. Delete the thread.

    3. Place thread in a forum designed for rejuvination and allow staff and or members to upload new links and archive.

     

     

    All threads in CW uploads should be kept active by whatever means necessary with the first option given to the uploader to reupload and posrt new links.

     

    precisely my point if the member keeps updating his threads then its a different case that means the links are alive and kicking hard :D

    For most software I do not agree. Only antivirus software could be deleted. But only if we know the newest version works. For other software I have experinced many times that the newer version isn't better than the older one. Features and interface have been changed. And those changes aren't always succsessful in my opinion. It may also happen that the cracks for the newer versions just aint good enough, but the old version still works. TLW says;

    lol mate you have a knack for good ending .. though i disagree.. i've never had problems with softwares as long as i know which works well enough than the older versions but in a way i do agree with you since if patches and keys dont work ppl tend to go back .. but most ppl tend to just search for new keys than go back to old ones .

    I was wondering when we report dead links most of the files and programs i see are outdated versions and several latest versions are already being posted .. is it so necessary to keep the old posts ? when there are latest versions of it ( of course if the member is updating them regularly its a different case ) im not saying we should delete but dosen't that sound reasonable ?

    Hey guyz y'all are doing a great job in CW as usual.. im just wondering how you guyz manage to encode a 1 gb file to 300 mb or all these ppl online convert 150 mb file to a 50 mb file without losing quality .. could one of the 300 mb team spare some time and give instructions as in how to encode a video step by step .. i went online did see all the megui avisynth blah blah.... too confusing i followed but i got the video but no audio . could any of you guyz do it with a example say a random 150 mb file to 50 mb file without losing quality . i got gb's and gb's of movies and anime and all other junk i need to compress em and keep it there is no point getting 5 hard drives .. thanks in advance

     

     

    PS: CW member IPHONE IS BANNED i cant match upto 24gb Ram and three monitors and other alienware gears lol :D.. just kidding

    :( i used to play in a clan professionally now im out of touch and probably even a 6 year old can beat me .... eitherway .. try alt tabbing again if something like that happens there are several bugs like that .. alt tab usually helps me .. not sure if its a answer but its worth a try

    Hi there

     

    KIS in combination with malwarebytes is the ultimate safeguard of your PC both are really good i recommend but unfortunately it is as u predicted .Sometimes the keys for kaspersky work for 4 weeks at a stretch if your lucky but sometimes when your really unlucky keys might get blacklisted the next day.. you really cant predict it but never the less there are cracks such as trial resetter which makes sure u get updates for 30 days( the problem with trial resetter is you dont get the full virus database you get about 60%).. im not going to lie there are several other antiviral and sypware programs that dont need key changing but then again its just a matter of opinion :cw):

    Just another suggestion .. a Facebook Fan page would be quite awesome and the best way to promote CW ( also a awesome cover page for the fan page)... send out info about contest competitions also incase of maintenance( although admin gives a heads up) most of us are too lazy to go to that section and read anything .. but Facebook people are always there .. they can get info about anything new which is coming up in cw just about anything .. and if they like that means they get auto updates which is much easier for them to know what Cw is upto
