need softwares that dubs movies into English

does anyone know of any software that dubs movies into English if so how do you do this

I don't think there is anything like that since there are several voices in a dubbed version. Which means someone had to translate the movie into English and then voice over the original sound track.

You need  to  string  file  for the audio  track,  if  it  exists.  All  NA  movies  are  normally in  English  so this will  help
