Got it sorted out. 1. Unplugged the second monitor, waited ten minutes then rebooted. 2. Opened video card software and restored default settings. 3. Opened Blu-ray movie in CyberLink PowerDVD and it worked. Plugged in second monitor again and it remained working.

I can only think the playback software is having handshake issues (HMDI to Mini Dp converter to video card) and thinks I am trying to pirate something LOL.

Yes. Both 12 and 17 have the same issue. Also any time I have attempted the multistep nightmare to make VLC work with Blu-ray it never works. I have a 64bit Windows 10 OS but the computer won't run the 64bit VLC, and that is the one the steps require to use. Also, side note, the Blu-ray discs I am playing are your standard Blu-ray, the screen resolution for the monitor is set in windows. Any screen resolution yields the same result in playback. I can only assume the 4k UHD HDMI cable that is plugged into the Mini-dp converter could be causing it. But it worked just fine that way the other day, and Leawo plays through it so I have no idea. I refuse to drop to 30hz refresh LOL.

So I have my Samsung 4k Monitor plugged into my video card (Radeon HD 7800) via HMDI (4k Ultra cord, in the monitor) with a minidisplay port converter. I have this so I have access to the max resolution of my video card with 60hz refresh. Now, the blu-ray disc will not play on CyberLink 12 anymore. It only shows a green screen. I tried using the free player Leawo and I have video and audio where CyberLink 12 will not only do audio. I would just switch to Leawo however it freezes alot of the time, clunky playback, it does this odd thing where it blends pixels together, and sometimes even takes minutes for the skip chapter feature to work. Is there anything I can do to make the green screen go away? If Leawo can show video, why can't CyberLink?

LOL you are too kind. I was fighting with Photoshop to let me accomplish even this. Then discovered an update defaulted a setting and I smacked my face into my desk in shame. Glad you like it

Is there a specific shot from the film featuring a specific car or will (in general) a stock image of car work for the car? (I also haven't seen the film so I am not sure what car this is.)
